CREATE THE CHANGE YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE
Services at Broadway Clinical Psychology
Broadway Clinical Psychology provides a range of adult counselling services and helps the process of recovery by introducing and managing recognised coping strategies and therapeutic techniques.
Despite our own best efforts and the support we receive from others in our lives, various events that occur and unexpected changes can overwhelm our usual coping strategies leaving us vulnerable and in need of additional support. Broadway Psychology is here to assist those who recognise that they are in need and seek professional assistance to help regain emotional and/or psychological well being.

We move through a number of life transitions that, while being positive steps forward also bring loss and uncertainty.
Psychological therapy teaches methods to manage our anger and use it constructively to resolve conflicts and helps to get our needs met in a respectful and self affirming way.
My therapeutic approach informs you in everyday terms how your ‘fight/flight’ system works and together we explore the causes, triggers and factors which maintain feelings of anxiety.
In addition to experiencing episodes of very low or depressed mood, those with a Bipolar Disorder may also experience episodes of an excessively elevated mood.
Overwhelmed with feeling of pain, we may withdraw from the people around us feeling the need to protect our vulnerable feelings.
Psychological therapy can help when suffering from grief and loss to process and resolve these feelings, so that we are able to move forward in our lives once more.
OCD can often be very distressing, and affect those who may be otherwise very high functioning in their lives.
There are a number of factors that can make us vulnerable to this postnatal depression, starting with hormonal changes around pregnancy and birth.
We are all vulnerable and sometimes life threatening events intrude into our lives without warning, where you have no control, and you or someone else is seriously harmed, may die or has a traumatic close call.
