Service Agreement
The following Terms & Conditions apply to all services delivered by Broadway Clinical Psychology. By completing a booking with us, you agree that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If for any reason you do not understand or agree with our Terms & Conditions, please do not continue with booking online and call us on 0487 730 068.
- Service & Fee Agreement
Bookings can be made for the following services:
- Individual Therapy: Weekdays/before 5pm, 50 minutes $260
- Individual Therapy: Saturday, 50 minutes $280
PLEASE NOTE: This service is NOT intended for crisis situations where you feel in imminent risk of harming yourself or others. In crisis situations, please discontinue with this booking process and call 000, the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467 – Australia Wide), the Assessment & Crisis Intervention Service (13 14 65 – SA only), LifeLine (13 11 14 – Australia Wide) or present to your nearest Emergency Department.
- Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-transferrable to another person.
To reschedule this booking please call Broadway Clinical Psychology on 0487 730 608 or email admin@broadwaypsychology.com.au with strictly greater than 24 hours’ notice from the scheduled appointment time.
- Payment
Payment of the full session fee will be processed on the credit card you provide at booking after your appointment time.
If the appointment does not commence, and is not cancelled or rescheduled with strictly greater than 24 hours’ notice from your appointment time, the full session fee applies and will be billed to your credit card.
By scheduling this appointment you authorise Broadway Clinical Psychology to process the session charge or cancellation fee to your credit card. All values expressed within this website are in Australian Dollars.
- Medicare & Private Health Rebates
Medicare requires full payment for the consultation to be made to your practitioner at Broadway Clinical Psychology. Any applicable Medicare Rebates will be electronically processed at the completion of your appointment, and will be paid by Medicare directly to you, in accordance with the practices of Medicare Australia. Compliance with the eligibility requirements of Medicare Australia in order to receive a rebate for this service is the responsibility of the patient.
Private Health Insurance rebates for Psychological Therapy Sessions are determined by your Insurer and specific Policy type. Please contact your Insurer to discuss. You will be issued with a receipt at the end of your appointment suitable for private health insurance claims.
